Fleeing to the forest to escape his impending wedding, the groom finds himself, and everyone else, lost in a thicket of shifting and unpredictable desires. Everything falls apart, only to come back together in unexpected ways after two gay wedding planners save the day. Throughout the play the diverse and eccentric cast of characters couple and decouple, confront the specter of death, fall in and out of love, and in the process challenge the conventions both of theatre and of marriage. The show is a little long, but totally worth it. On Thursdays, freshman get in for free! It’s definitely a show worth seeing, and they only have a few performances left.
